Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 2 days or less, prior to arrival date will receive NO refund.
A $10 fee applies when a guest requests to change their reservation or cancels with more than 2 days’ notice.
Monthly bookings are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for early departures.
(The new cancellation policy takes effect in May 2025, reservations made before this date will remain the previous policy.)
